KUALA LUMPUR (Jul 26): Malaysia's largest glove maker by capacity Top Glove Corporation aims annual sales volume in China to grow over 8% within five years, rising from the current pace of 2% expansion, its chairman said Wednesday.

"China has high growth potential due to its population," Lim Wee Chai said at an investor conference.

To boost China sales, Top Glove had acquired a factory in Muar and another in Nilai, which have a combined capacity of 1.1 billion pieces per annum.

Both the plants are expected to start operation next month and cater mainly to China market, he said.
