What Is Top Glove Foundation?

Top Glove Foundation is Top Glove's charitable arm which was established on 14 June 2009. The two founders of Top Glove, namely Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai and Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee, as well as Top Glove Sdn Bhd collectively donated RM1 million to establish the Foundation.


Vision and Mission

Vision: To do well by doing good through sustainable outreach efforts.

Mission: To provide aid to the underserved and marginalised communities and to support the protection of our natural environment through our 3 philanthropic pillars: Community, Education and Environment.


As at FY2023, TG Foundation has:

​​​​​​​​​1. Pledged approximately RM32 million in support of 3,500 charitable organisations and NGOs.
2. Awarded a total of 133 scholarships for students to pursue their tertiary education.
3. Accomplished approximately 10,524 volunteering hours with the participation of 1,750 employees in various activities in FY2023.

Community

To drive positive change within the underprivileged community and welfare engagement, such as community events and community based initiatives, including flood relief work, food donation, and festive celebrations.

Education

To support the advancement of education through scholarships and other related funding initiatives. We enable deserving students in need to pursue higher education through Top Glove Scholarship, and sponsor or collaborate on projects and programmes with universities.
