Shah Alam, Thursday, 10th October 2019 Top Glove Corporation Bhd (“Top Glove”) recently received 2 prestigious international recognitions for its good practices in the Economic, Environmental and Social (EES) space:
i) Inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Emerging Markets
A testament to Top Glove’s achievements in its sustainability practices, the company was included as an index component of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Emerging Markets in September 2019. Top Glove was ranked 15th out of 44 healthcare companies placing it amongst the top 33% performers across all DJSI indices. Top Glove is the only Malaysian healthcare company included in the DJSI Emerging Markets, which comprises 98 companies from various industries and also 1 of only 2 Malaysian companies on the index.

Top Glove’s latex concentrate factory (F16L) in Thailand, was also awarded the FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification, the official award ceremony for which took place on 30 September 2019.
