As of 31 August 2022, there are total 18,823 or 99.9% of TG global workfoce were fully vaccinated, and total 16,134 or 85.7% of workforce had received booster dose
BIWEEKLY COVID SCREENING AMONG EMPLOYEES
All Top Glove Malaysia factories conducted biweekly random COVID screening among employees from September 2021 until February 2022. This is aligning with the government’s instruction during National Recovery Phases

WFH implemented during the MCO with 2 groups alternating between working
from home and in the office
RISK ASSESSMENT AND TRACKING (HELPLINE & CARELINE)
Developed a digital platform to collect daily feedback on employee health
and declarations of contact with COVID-19 cases
Feedback is monitored by a specialised team and at-risk employees are
required to self-quarantine and work from home
24/7 helpline & careline is available for consultation on COVID-19 inquiries
FOOD SUPPLY & HYGEINE ASSURANCE
Planning for adequate supply of food for 4 weeks at factory & hostel
canteens in the event of an enhanced MCO
Self-service at Top Glove canteens is prohibited and food is required to be
pre-packed or served by the caterer
Catarer is required to wear face mask and gloves when packing or serving
food
DISINFECTION SPRAY PRIOR TO ENTERING HOSTEL
Workers pass through automated disinfection sprinklers (with antiseptic)
prior to entering their hostels
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Social distancing with a 1-meter gap implemented at all office & factory
premises
Dining tables at our factory canteens and pantry barricaded to ensure social
distancing at meal times
